Responsibilities

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability.
Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
