We’re Hiring: Experienced Accountant – Full Set of Accounts (Dubai & Malaysia)

We are an established international trading company with operations based in Dubai and Malaysia, and we’re looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage, oversee, and maintain a full set of accounting books and financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, P&L, balance sheet)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant local regulations (UAE & Malaysia)
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies
Requirements:
• Proven experience in handling full set of accounts
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA is a plus
• Experience working with international companies or cross-border transactions
• Familiarity with accounting standards in UAE and Malaysia
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Location:
Role based in Dubai or Malaysia (hybrid/remote flexibility may be considered for the right candidate).
