Job Details A vacancy has become available within our Centre Management Team. Candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills. You must be willing to learn to apply a range of skills in order to provide great service to customers including answering incoming calls, responding to emails and assisting with some basic administrative duties as part of a wider team. A high standard of written and spoken English is essential. Other responsibilities include timely and professional dealing of general enquiries in writing, by email or over the telephone including taking of messages and the accurate recording . All applicants should be educated to degree level, attested certificates will be requested. You should be proficient in all Microsoft applications and have the ability to work efficiently with a CRM. Applicants will only be considered if they are already based within the UAE.
