We are currently recruiting experienced Administrative Assistant and Real Estate Agent for our Real Estate Company in Business Bay.
(Administrative Assistant / Receptionist )
Job Resbonsibilities :
. Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
. Maintain a high level of customer service by managing complaints and escalating them to the appropriate person.
. Assisting In day to day Task or Admin / HR / Accounts.
. Maintain accurate employee records.
. Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments.
. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. This includes maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, as well as ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
. inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems. Maintaining and updating records, files, and documents as needed.
. Handling sensitive information with discretion d maintaining confidentiality as required.
Qualifications :
. excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
. Proficiency in MS Office.
. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
. Minimum 1 year experience .
