Position: Barista (Full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including specialty drinks and traditional favorites.
- Create visually appealing latte art designs for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of coffee beans and other ingredients.
- Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a restaurant or café environment.
- Knowledge and passion for coffee, including brewing techniques and latte art.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and precision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
