Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients.
- Provide expert guidance and advice on buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred; freshers with a strong interest in real estate are welcome to apply.
- knowledge of CRM
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
- Valid real estate license (preferred but not mandatory).
