Hiring for Creative Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual sense, a flair for innovation, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging designs. As a Creative Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and delivering high-quality design solutions across various platforms. Responsibilities:
Design Execution: Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and other design elements that align with the company’s brand guidelines and project objectives.
Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop creative designs for digital and print media, including marketing collateral, social media, web design, and advertising campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to established brand standards and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their design needs, provide creative solutions, and present design concepts effectively.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to keep the brand’s visual style fresh and relevant.
Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking with the ability to generate unique and original design ideas.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in Creative design
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience with web design.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Time management Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing & Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles added advantage.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
Excellent customer service skills.
