Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Spare Parts Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and Hindi, and the ability to use basic computer applications like Microsoft Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to promote auto spare parts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Utilize sales techniques to persuade and convince customers of the value of our products.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using Excel and Word.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum educational requirement: Graduate or Diploma holder.
Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Prior experience in spare parts sales or a related field is an advantage.
