A Lift Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of elevators in buildings such as offices, hotels and residential properties. They operate and maintain various types of lifts, including passenger, freight and service lifts.
Lift Operator Duties
Greet passengers and issue tickets
Control the speed and direction of lifts
Monitor and maintain lift machinery
Provide assistance to passengers
Respond to emergency situations.
