As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated female Business Development Officer (BDO) who has expertise in the event organizing, travel & tourism, and B2B sectors. The right candidate will help drive growth by acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue.
Compensation Package:
• Base Salary: Starting From AED 5,000 to 12,000AED (DEPEND ON THE INTERVIEWER)
• Incentives:
o Quarterly Incentives based on meeting sales and partnership goals.
o Yearly Incentives for exceeding sales and client acquisition targets.
o Additional Incentives: Attractive bonuses for introducing well-known brands or major B2B contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
o Identify and acquire new corporate clients, event organizers, and tourism businesses (e.g., hotels, travel agencies).
o Develop strategies to secure long-term partnerships with high-value accounts.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion:
o Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
o Convert leads into sales, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
o Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
3. Strategic B2B Partnerships:
o Establish and manage partnerships with event planners, travel agencies, and corporate clients for repeat or contract-based business.
o Leverage connections within the tourism and corporate travel sectors to create mutually beneficial relationships.
4. Market Research & Industry Knowledge:
o Use your in-depth understanding of the event organizing, travel, and tourism industries to identify new business opportunities.
5. Sales Pipeline Management:
o Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are followed up on promptly.
o Move opportunities through the sales funnel, from initial inquiry to final booking.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
o Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
o Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and identify additional opportunities for service.
7. Feedback & Reporting:
o Provide detailed sales and market feedback to senior management, highlighting any client concerns, industry shifts, or new opportunities.
