On the outskirts of the palm grove, in the district of Bab Atlas and 15 minutes from the city center, this very contemporary architect's villa of ± 1.000 m2 is built on a park of ± one hectare with a breathtaking view of the Atlas Mountains.
As soon as you enter, the magic happens with a view of a Mexican garden made of red gravel and dotted with a few agaves. Behind a huge backlit stone wall is the entrance to the villa with a view of a water basin and the garden. A transverse corridor with geometric shapes serves the entire house, which is mainly organized on one level. The night part comprises six suites all equipped with bathrooms, a dressing room, and a terrace. On the poolside, there is a lounge and a shaded dining area.
