Our Lebanese restaurant is looking for a hardworking and passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in Arabic or Lebanese cuisine, who can join immediately.
Job Role:
As a Commis Chef, you will support our chefs in preparing and serving hot and cold Lebanese dishes. You will help with food preparation, cooking, and plating, while keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare ingredients and cook hot/cold Lebanese dishes (mezza, grills, salads, etc.)
Follow the recipes and instructions from the Head Chef
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Help with stock control and proper food storage
Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality food on time
Requirements:
Experience working in a Lebanese or Arabic restaurant
Knowledge of traditional Arabic/Lebanese dishes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and good teamwork
Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred
Must be available to join immediately
