Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced driver to join our team. The driver will be responsible for operating both manual and automatic vehicles, primarily a pickup truck, to support shifting and maintenance operations across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive company pickup for property shifting and maintenance tasks
• Operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Assist the maintenance team with transporting materials and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
Requirements:
• Valid driving license (manual and automatic)
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience
• Familiarity with city routes and safe driving practices
• Physically fit and able to help with light loading/unloading
• Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy
Preferred:
• Previous experience in real estate or maintenance-related driving
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
