Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive from a facility maintenance, technical services, or contracting background to drive business growth by acquiring residential, commercial, and corporate clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, good knowledge of maintenance services, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers and AMCs.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business for facility maintenance services including:
AC repair & maintenance
Electrical & plumbing works
Painting & handyman services
False ceiling, flooring & fit-out works
Visit residential communities, offices, retail outlets, and commercial buildings
Identify decision-makers (property managers, facility managers, owners)
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Close service jobs and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Coordinate with operations team for service execution
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM / tracking sheets
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
