We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive (Telesales) to actively seek out and engage potential customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
a) Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
b) Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
c) Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
d) Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
e) Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
f) Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM.
g) Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and market insights.
h) Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements & Qualifications
a) Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferred)
b) Strong communication and persuasion skills
c) Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
d) Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
e) Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
f) High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
