We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who is confident on the phone and preferably familiar with the construction / interior / fit-out industry.
This role is ideal for someone who wants a stable salary + high commission potential.

- Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (developers, companies, landlords, brokers, schools, offices, etc.)
Introduce the company's services (design, fit-out, renovation, permits)
Generate qualified leads and set meetings/site visits
Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain and update lead records
Coordinate with management and technical team
Support closing of deals and long-term client relationships
- Requirements:
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales (construction/fit-out knowledge is a BIG advantage)
Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone
Excellent communication skills in English
Basic understanding of construction / interiors / fit-out is preferred
Target-driven and commission-motivated
Able to work independently and follow up consistently
