We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Business Coordinator to manage property portals, listing accuracy, and day-to-day office coordination for our real estate and technical services operations.
This role is critical to ensure our listings, documentation, and internal coordination run smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and other portals
• Ensure accuracy of prices, photos, descriptions, and availability status
• Coordinate with agents to collect property details and marketing materials
• Handle CRM updates and database management
• Prepare reports, documents, and listing summaries
• Support office administration and daily coordination
• Maintain organized records and files
• Assist management with operational tasks
Candidate Profile
• Experience with UAE real estate portals is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Good communication skills in English
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
