The Sales Consultant drives the achievement of individual sales targets for Cambridge Retail Training Programs through proactive outreach and effective communication. He/She performs cold calling and lead generation, skillfully guiding prospects toward enrollment by highlighting the value and impact of training programs. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve individual sales targets for Cambridge Retail Training Programs. • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to promote and sell training programs. • Effectively communicate and persuade clients to enroll in courses, primarily through tele-calling. • Accurately record progress, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. • Proactively generate leads through various channels and personal initiative. • Stay informed on company policies, best practices, product offerings, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns. • Drive increased sales and overall profitability through strong sales techniques and customer engagement. • Implement innovative client retention strategies to maintain long-term relationships. • Influence purchasing decisions by utilizing structured scripts and providing detailed product information. • Contribute to team goals by supporting overall sales initiatives and related activities. • Maintain professional communication standards and ensure effective customer relationship management. • Forecast and analyze sales performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes. • Address customer concerns and resolve grievances to uphold the company's reputation. • Ensure all services meet ISO quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in an excellent organization Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication/voice modulation and sales skills Quality tele-sales practices Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
