About the Role
We are a boutique business development and sales consultancy working with startups, SMEs and corporates in the UAE and GCC.
For Arab Health taking place next week, we are hiring temporary field sales associates to support active on-site sales and business development activities.
This role also serves as a pre-screening opportunity for potential long-term field sales positions.
Duration
2 or 3 days during Arab Health
On-site, field-based role
Scope of Work
Selected candidates will:
Actively engage with potential clients at the event
Support lead generation and business development activities
Initiate conversations and qualify opportunities
Represent the consultancy professionally on-site
Prior to the event, candidates will receive a 1-hour orientation session covering:
Sales positioning
Target audience
Messaging and approach
Performance, communication style, initiative, and sales behavior will be directly observed.
Compensation
Paid temporary engagement

Requirements
Valid UAE visa (no sponsorship provided)
Comfortable with active field sales and face-to-face interaction
Confident communicator in English
Professional, disciplined, and proactive
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
