We are looking for Passionate Energetic Experienced candidates to join our team as Real Estate Agents in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
What we need:
Proactive Passionate about Real Estate Honest, enthusiastic and trustworthy.
Friendly and pleasant Personality Tidy appearance. Well-organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic and Hindi is a plus.
Sufficient work knowledge in MS Office
Minimum of 1 Year experience property market in Dubai, UAE
