Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment of skilled workers from India specifically states under the jurisdiction of the Consulate General in Mumbai for employment in Poland. The role strictly focuses mainly on technical and blue-collar positions such as welders, pipe fitters, fabricators, CNC Machine Operators and other skilled metal workers.
The candidate must have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in evaluating skilled workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen skilled workers from the Indian market
- Conduct interviews, skill assessments, and trade test coordination
- Visit welding workshops and training centers to evaluate candidates
- Conduct or supervise trade exams and technical tests
- Coordinate with Poland-based teams for candidate selection
- Handle candidate documentation for work permits and visas
- Guide candidates through the overseas employment process
- Maintain recruitment records and reports
- Travel to India when required for recruitment activities, meetings, and assessments
- Create videos, advertisement and optimize social media
Job requirements:
- Higher education
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical recruitment required
- Must have recruited welders or metal workers or similar skilled trades before
- Strong technical knowledge (welding processes, certifications, trade testing)
- Experience in recruiting employees to the EU/Poland is a plus
- UAE experience preferred
- Experience with Europe / Poland recruitment is an advantage
- Proficiency in social media marketing (Facebook, TikTok)
- Willingness to travel to India
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
