Position: Administrative Executive Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM We are seeking a dependable, organised, and proactive Administrative Executive to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, capable of managing daily office operations, and comfortable handling both in-office and online administrative tasks. The position also involves completing small administrative tasks online, similar to task-based or freelance administrative work, supporting business operations beyond the physical office when required. Please note: This role is strictly for Ras Al Khaimah–based applicants. Candidates must currently reside in RAK or be willing to relocate to RAK. Accommodation can be provided if required. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks. Manage emails, phone calls, schedules, and internal coordination. Maintain and organise records, files, and documentation (digital and physical). Prepare reports, letters, and basic presentations as required. Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external partners. Support basic HR and office-related processes (attendance tracking, leave management, onboarding support). Assist with data entry, invoicing, expense tracking, and record keeping. Complete small administrative tasks online, including document formatting, updates, coordination, follow-ups, and system entries. Support ad-hoc operational or administrative requests efficiently and on time. Ensure office procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Preferred Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Comfortable handling online administrative tasks and task-based work. Ability to manage multiple small tasks efficiently and independently. Good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office systems. Familiarity with online tools, cloud-based documents, and digital platforms is an advantage. Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
