We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive HR Admin Cum Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities while providing administrative support to the HR department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, interacting with people, and supporting day-to-day office and HR operations. Detailed Responsibilities Front Office & Reception Management Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and candidates professionally Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect to relevant departments Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with arrangements Handle couriers, dispatches, and official correspondence Ensure reception area is presentable at all times HR Administration Support Maintain employee files (physical & digital) with complete documentation Assist in recruitment processes: Posting job vacancies Screening resumes Scheduling interviews Coordinate onboarding activities: Collecting documents Preparing employee ID cards Orientation coordination Assist in offboarding procedures including exit formalities Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records Assist HR in preparing letters: Offer letters Appointment letters Confirmation letters NOC, warning letters, and experience letters Support payroll coordination by sharing attendance and leave data Office Administration Monitor office supplies and place orders when required Coordinate with vendors for pantry, stationery, maintenance, and housekeeping Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and trainings Maintain office assets and inventory records Support compliance and documentation as instructed by management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Professional front desk management and visitor handling Accuracy and completeness of employee records Timely HR documentation and coordination Effective communication with employees and management Office operations running smoothly without delays Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field 1–3 years experience in HR Admin / Receptionist / Office Admin role Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply Knowledge of basic HR processes and labor laws is an advantage Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Time management and problem-solving skills
