We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Italian-style pizzas and be committed to maintaining high food quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook Italian-style pizzas (Neapolitan, thin crust, etc.)
• Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes
• Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Manage food preparation during busy hours
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and stock handling when required
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Pizza Maker (Italian pizza experience preferred)
• Knowledge of dough fermentation and pizza baking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Experience in UAE is an added advantage
