Key Responsibilities :
- Provide medical care and first aid to students and staff during school hours
- Manage and maintain student health records and medical documentation
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with external healthcare providers when needed
- Monitor students with chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies)
- Conduct health screenings and support vaccination programs as required
- Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community
- Ensure compliance with local health authority regulations and school safeguarding policies
Requirements :
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Valid medical license to practice in [Country/Emirate – e.g., DHA/DOH/MOH]
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in pediatrics or family medicine
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid (PALS preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with children, parents, and staff
- Organized, compassionate, and able to handle emergencies calmly
Preferred :
