Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming shoppers, understanding their needs, and offering expert product recommendations.
• Drive sales by applying strong communication skills, product knowledge, and effective upselling/cross-selling techniques.
• Accurately handle sales transactions through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing in line with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends to confidently advise and inspire customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion.
• Strong knowledge of men and ladies fashion trends with a keen sense of style.
• Professional, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
