We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with an extensive network within Dubai’s ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) community to lead our growth initiatives in 2026 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in Dubai’s most prestigious communities, including Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, and Jumeirah Golf Estates.
Network Expansion: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate brokers, and UHNW clients.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial lead qualification and 3D design presentations to contract negotiations and project closure.
Market Insight: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of luxury design trends and monitor competitor activities.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house design and project management teams to ensure proposals align with client visions and comply with Dubai Municipality and Trakhees regulations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Dubai Experience (Mandatory): 5–7 years of proven business development or sales experience within Dubai’s luxury fit-out or renovation sector.
Established Network: A strong portfolio of contacts among villa owners, property developers, and consultants in the UAE.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Dubai’s renovation permit processes (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA) and adherence to luxury construction standards.
Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities in English; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Mobility: Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle.
