Sales Executive – Foodservice / HoReCa
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our presence in the Foodservice and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing existing customers, and driving sales of our food products through strong relationships and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of HoReCa and foodservice clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, etc.)
Identify and onboard new customers through field sales, networking, and cold visits
Maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and decision-makers
Promote products, present offers, and negotiate pricing and contracts
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
Ensure proper collection of payments and follow company credit policies
Prepare sales reports and update CRM or ERP systems regularly
Requirements
Proven experience in Foodservice / HoReCa sales (FMCG or food distribution preferred)
Strong understanding of the local HoReCa market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Valid driving license (if field sales role)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network of HoReCa clients
Experience selling food, frozen, chilled, or dry products
Knowledge of ERP or sales reporting systems
