We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive for our maintenance and interior fit-out company in Dubai.
The role involves cold calling, following up on Instagram and online advertisement leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed AMC and interior fit-out projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to property owners, tenants, and companies
- Follow up on Instagram and online marketing leads
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Promote villa renovation and interior fit-out services
- Promote kitchen and cabinet solutions
- Arrange site visits with technical team
- Prepare basic proposals and coordinate quotations
- Consistently follow up until deal closure
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years UAE sales experience
- Experience in maintenance or interior fit-out industry preferred
- Strong cold calling and negotiation skills
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
- Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under sales targets
