We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties
* Conduct property viewings and client meetings
* Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
* Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid UAE driving license (Advantage)
* RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain)
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
