We are hiring a Senior HR Recruitment Officer / Worker Recruitment Administrator for a major construction company (mega projects) in the UAE.
✅ Must-have experience:
* 5+ years in construction worker recruitment (site labor / manpower)
* Strong UAE-based worker recruitment network (contacts, suppliers, sourcing channels)
* Experience handling mass mobilization for projects (local + overseas)
* Solid knowledge of UAE labor processes (MOL, WPS, camp rules, documentation)
? Key responsibilities include:
* Worker recruitment, trade test coordination & mobilization
* Project-wise manpower allocation, transfers & demobilization
* Overseas recruitment coordination (India / Nepal / Pakistan)
* Offers, onboarding documents & visa follow-ups with PRO team
* Leave processing, EOSB coordination & repatriation support
* Weekly manpower reporting to HR & Projects
Supporting worker payroll admin using Excel + MS Dynamics
? Systems required:
* Advanced Excel
* Microsoft Dynamics (payroll / worker records)
* Strong reporting & tracking skills
