We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and selection process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
Assist in payroll coordination and leave management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate training and development programs
Support HR audits and reporting requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
