About the role:
We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. The role also includes basic support for import/export and documentation activities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle general office administration (filing, scanning, data entry, document control)
2. Prepare and manage company documents, letters and forms
3. Assist in basic import/export paperwork (invoices, POs, packing lists, etc.)
4. Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and updates
5. Handle emails, meeting scheduling and office records
6. Support the supply chain and logistics team with routine documentation
7. Maintain proper physical and digital filing
8. Support management with daily operational tasks
Requirements
1. years of experience in an administrative role (trading / logistics company preferred)
2. Good communication skills in English
3. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
4. Well organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
6. Knowledge of import/export documentation is an advantage.
