• Education: College Graduate
• Computer literate (Excel, word & Outlook)
• Main responsibility:
o Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments
o Prepare and issue invoices, follow up on collections, and manage accounts receivable/payable
o Record daily transactions and update accounting systems
o Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
o Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts
o Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external accountants when required
o Assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as quotations, invoicing, PO and sourcing to suppliers, filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
o Performs clerical, basic accounting and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports and other documents for senior staff or GM. Arranges travel and accommodations for executives. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and minutes report.
