We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong aluminum and steel product knowledge to grow our client base, generate enquiries, manage accounts, and deliver technical sales support—from requirement gathering through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify and approach new clients, generate enquiries, and expand market coverage through continuous client visits.
2) Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
3) Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to develop the best solution and pricing.
4) Present solutions clearly and persuasively—matching customer needs for quality, price, and delivery.
5) Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
6) Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
7) Coordinate with sales colleagues and technical experts to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
8) Keep up with market trends via trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
9) Track competitor solutions and pricing to strengthen proposals and positioning.
