Position- Personal assistant
Our company is seeking a young, dynamic, and highly motivated professional to join the Founder’s Office as a Personal Assistant to the Founder.
We are a beauty-focused company launching exciting new brands in the UAE market, and this role will support the founder in managing day-to-day operations, strategic priorities, and key business activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about the beauty and skincare industry, with the ability to handle a fast-paced startup environment and a wide range of responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in product development tracking (samples, feedback, deadlines)
Coordinate influencer/PR outreach schedules
Support founder during shoots, events, or brand activations
Manage communication with dermatologists, labs, compliance teams
Manage the founder’s daily schedule, meetings, and priorities
Coordinate calendars across internal teams, vendors, and partners
Handle email communication, follow-ups, and professional correspondence
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items
Support founder in managing brand projects, launches, and timelines
Assist with vendor coordination (manufacturers, agencies, freelancers)
Organize travel plans, appointments, and business logistics
Maintain confidential documents, contracts, and business records
Help with research on competitors, trends, and market opportunities
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by anticipating founder needs
Coordinate with finance/admin for payments, invoices, and approvals
Support execution of strategic tasks and special projects
REQUIREMENTS
AGE – 24-32
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
o Proficiency in Canva, SEO, and digital advertising
o Strong understanding of skincare, beauty, dermatology, and the cosmetics industry
EXPERIENCE- 0-3 YEARS UAE.
SALARY – 3500 TO 4500 AED, Benefits as per UAE LAWS
