We are looking for a reliable and organized office assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, assist staff, and ensure smooth office functioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with day-to-day office administrative tasks
• Handle phone calls, emails, and basic correspondence
• Maintain office files, records, and documents
• Assist in preparing reports, letters, and documents
• Manage office supplies and place orders when required
• Support HR and accounts departments with basic tasks
• Coordinate with staff and visitors professionally
• Perform photocopying, scanning, and data entry
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of office areas
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an office assistant is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Honest, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
