Private Live-Out Chef / Cook – Family Household (Dubai)
We are a private family based in Dubai seeking a professional, experienced, and organized Live-Out Chef/Cook to join our household team.
We are a family of two adults, one teenager, and one 1-year-old baby, and we are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and confident in preparing fresh daily meals suited to both adults and children. This position is to replace our current chef that has been with us for 4 years.
This is a live-out position, and a car will be provided for work-related duties and commuting. Driving license is required.

Position Overview
The chef will be responsible for preparing daily meals, managing grocery shopping, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and food quality.

Daily Schedule & Responsibilities
Morning (Starting 6:30 AM)
• Arrive at 6:30 AM.
• Prepare light breakfast and fresh juice for the teenager (school departure at 7:15 AM).
• Prepare breakfast for two adults (between 8:00–9:00 AM).
• Prepare baby’s breakfast around 8:30 AM (typically fresh fruits or simple healthy options).
Midday
• Prepare baby’s lunch to be served at approximately 11:00 AM.
• Prepare lunch for adults to be served at approximately 1:30 PM.
Afternoon
• Prepare snack for the teenager when she’s back from school to be served at approximately 4:00 PM.
• Prepare baby’s afternoon snack to be served at approximately 4:00 PM.
Evening
• Prepare family dinner to be served between 7:30–8:00 PM.

Menu Planning & Shopping
• Weekly menu will be shared every Sunday.
• Responsible for grocery shopping according to the weekly menu.
• Some shopping may be done online; some items require in-person supermarket visits.
• Car will be provided for commuting and shopping.
• Maintain kitchen inventory and ensure ingredients are always fresh and well-stocked.

Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience as a private chef or family cook.
• Strong knowledge of European cuisine (recipes will be provided; strong cooking technique and presentation skills are important).
• Experience preparing meals for young children and babies.
• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented.
• High hygiene standards.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proactive, efficient, and able to manage time effectively.
