We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Business Development Manager for our Forex Consultancy firm. The role involves selling end-to-end brokerage setup solutions to clients who want to start their own Forex/CFD brokerage and upselling services to existing brokerage firms.
Forex consultancy experience is preferred but not mandatory. Passion for sales and business growth is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert B2B leads in the Forex/CFD industry
• Sell complete brokerage setup solutions (licensing, CRM, liquidity, platform, payments, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Upsell additional services to existing brokerage clients
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in Sales / Business Development (Forex/Financial Services preferred)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
