Key Responsibilities
• Attend to walk-in customers at the warehouse counter in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately
• Check stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team for material issuance
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, and deliveries
• Maintain proper records of daily sales and customer transactions
• Handle cash / card payments (if applicable) and ensure proper billing procedures
• Support customers with basic product information, pricing, and usage details
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Assist in stock checks and inventory coordination when required

Requirements
• Proven experience in counter sales / retail sales / warehouse sales
• Good communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, invoicing system, ERP is an advantage)
• Ability to understand product codes, sizes, and specifications
• Strong customer service attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good coordination and teamwork skills
