We are seeking a polished, organized, and proactive Brand & Client Relations Manager to support the daily operations of our luxury jewellery maison. Working closely with the founder, this role focuses on client communication, coordination, and overall brand organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Support client communication and coordination
• Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and brand activities
• Help coordinate events and client experiences
• Support day-to-day brand operations and organization
• Liaise with external partners and service providers
• Maintain client records and assist with general administration
• Oversee Jewellery manufacturing as per customer orders and company requirements
• Ensure store security, safety procedures, and loss prevention controls

Requirements
• 3 to 5 Years’ experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, presentable, and detail-oriented
• Reliable, discreet, and proactive
• Comfortable working closely with a founder-led brand
• Sound understanding of UAE AML compliance and regulatory requirements
• Experience in inventory management and high-value stock handling
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
