Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation
• Handle POS transactions and manage inventory support
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
• Previous retail or fashion sales experience (abaya/fashion experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
