Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our B2B client base in the vanilla and spices segment. The ideal candidate understands commodity trading, food ingredient markets, and complete B2B sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new B2B clients (food manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers)
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms
• Coordinate with sourcing/logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activity
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE market (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in food ingredients, spices, commodity trading, or FMCG B2B sales
• Existing network within UAE food manufacturing / ingredient distribution sector is highly preferred
• Demonstrated proven B2B closing record with achieved sales targets
• Experience handling GCC markets (KSA, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, etc.) is a strong advantage
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract management skills
• Understanding of import/export procedures and trade documentation is a plus
• Ability to manage full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → negotiation → closing
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English mandatory | Arabic or French is a plus
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Performance Expectations:
• First 3 Months: Build strong sales pipeline and onboard new clients
• Monthly Sales Target: To be discussed during interview
• KPI-based performance evaluation
