We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Manage appointments and maintain meeting schedules Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying Assist other departments with administrative support as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and attitude Skills Customer service orientation Attention to detail Time management Basic computer and office equipment knowledge
