Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage appointments and maintain meeting schedules
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Assist other departments with administrative support as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
