We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will ensure smooth front desk operations while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Coordinate with other departments when required
• Handle inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
