PERSONAL ASSISTANT / OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
We are looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Founder in a maintenance and energy efficiency business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing client communications (RU/EN) via calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinating technician schedules and daily operations.
- Administrative support: invoices, quotations, and basic reporting.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks from the Founder.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent Russian and English (must have).
- High level of self-organization and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Dubai geography is a big advantage.
OFFER:
- Salary: Up to 12,000 AED (depending on experience) + Performance Bonuses.
