Darpan Technical Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to overlook at HVAC project execution across various sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing on-site activities, supervising teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the timely completion of HVAC installations as per project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily installation activities, ensuring HVAC systems are installed according to design drawings and engineering specifications.
• Technical Compliance & Inspection: Conduct quality checks and inspections, verifying that work complies with building codes.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution. Making schedule in very effective ways that finish site work in optimistic time and give daily target to site workers to finish ASAP.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, manage technical submittals, and maintain accurate on-site records.
Required Skills:
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in HVAC design, heat load calculations, and equipment selection.
• Driving License: Must hold valid driving license for automatic car.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD and other design/engineering software.
• Arabic & English Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills for managing timelines and resources.
Payment Follow-up & Financial Responsibilities:
• Collection Liaison: Acting as a technical advisor to the accounts department by following up with clients or consultants to resolve technical queries that may be delaying payment releases.
• Material Reconciliation: Performing material reconciliation to ensure that the materials & units payment paid for by the client.
• Final Account Closure: Assisting in the preparation of final accounts during the handover phase, ensuring all retentions and final payments are cleared.
