We are looking for a dedicated and patient Teacher Assistant to support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education. The Teacher Assistant will help with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student supervision to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the teacher in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities
• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline
• Supervise students during class, breaks, and school activities
• Assist in grading assignments and recording student progress
• Prepare and organize teaching aids, equipment, and resources
• Provide additional support to students with special needs when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education preferred)
• Previous experience in a school or educational environment is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work well in a team
Working Conditions:
