Hiring chef in charge for Asian cuisine food truck base in Damac hills 2.
Responsibilities
• Prepare Vietnamese and Asian dishes including pho, noodles, rice bowls, ramen, and snacks. Work closely with owner for menu and recipe creation.
• Strictly follow in-house recipes to ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation. Supervise chef assistants to ensure recipes are follow.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced food truck environment
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
Requirements
• Previous experience in Asian cuisine is preferred
• Strong wok and hot-kitchen cooking skills
• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude. Able to lead and train junior chef.
• Ability to perform well during peak service hours
