Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a professional and reliable Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and support service operations. Key Responsibilities:

Accurately document calls, reports, and service requests in internal systems.

Maintain clear, courteous, and professional communication with customers at all times, including during urgent situations.
Liaise effectively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
